100%

Organize PDF opens as many files as you need and lays every page out in one grid. Drag pages into a new order, move them between files, rotate or delete them — each page keeps the file name and page number it came from. A full preview of the finished document appears before you download it.

Your files stay local

The page grid is built inside this browser tab from the files you picked. Nothing is uploaded, no account is needed, and the PDF you export carries no watermark.

Every page, every file

Open several PDFs at once and drag a page from one into another. Every tile is labelled with the file it came from and its original page number, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

Reorder, rotate, delete

Select one page or many, then rotate, duplicate, delete or extract them in a single step. Undo and redo cover every change, and Start over returns the files to how they arrived.

How to organize PDF pages

  1. Add your PDFs

Drop one file or several onto the workspace. Every page appears as a thumbnail, labelled with its source file, and more files can be added at any point.

  2. Arrange the pages

Drag pages into the order you want, including across files. Select several to move, rotate or delete them together, open any page for a closer, scrollable look, and undo anything that went wrong.

  3. Review, then download

The finished document opens in a scrollable preview with its page count and file name. Go back for one more change, or download it when it reads correctly.

Organize PDF FAQs

Can I organize pages from more than one PDF?

Yes. Add as many PDFs as you like, at any point, and every page joins the same grid. A page can be dragged from one file into the middle of another, and the export is one document built from all of them. Merge PDF

How many pages can I organize at once?

Up to thirty files and fifteen hundred pages in one session. Everything runs on your own device, so a very long batch depends on the memory the browser has available — an older machine simply takes longer to build the thumbnails.

Can I delete pages while organizing?

Yes. Delete a single page from its tile, or select several and remove them in one step, with undo available straight after. If deleting is the only thing you need, the focused tool is quicker. Delete PDF Pages

Can I rotate pages as well as move them?

Yes, a quarter turn at a time, clockwise or anticlockwise, on one page or on everything you have selected. The rotation is written into the exported file rather than being a view setting. Rotate PDF

Can I save part of the document as its own file?

Yes. Select the pages you want and extract them to a new PDF; the pages you did not choose stay exactly where they are. To cut a whole document into several files at once, the Split PDF tool is built for that. Split PDF

What if I move a page to the wrong place?

Undo and redo step through every move, rotation and deletion one at a time. If the order has drifted too far to repair by hand, Start over restores the files exactly as they were added.

Can I look at a page up close before deciding?

Yes. Open any page and it becomes a continuous, scrollable view of the whole arrangement, across every file, the way a finished document reads. Zoom in for detail, pinch to zoom on a touchscreen, and rotate or delete the page you are looking at without leaving that view. Closing it returns you to exactly where you were.

Can I organize pages without a mouse?

Yes. Pages are focusable and can be moved, rotated, selected and deleted from the keyboard, and the shortcut list is on the toolbar. Every action is announced so a screen reader can follow the new order.

Does organizing reduce the quality of my PDF?

No. Pages are copied across as they are rather than re-rendered or re-compressed, so text stays selectable, images keep their resolution and each page keeps its own size and orientation.

Where does my PDF go while I organize it?

Nowhere. Reading the files, building the grid and writing the new document all happen in this browser tab, and the result is saved straight from there. There is no upload step and no account.
